1.) Medicine Cabinets – Are they outdated? If so, what are you doing instead?
2.) Framed in Bathtubs – Are they outdated? Explain!
3.) Clothes Iron and Ironing Board – Do you own one? Is it gathering dust? Why iron our clothes? Do we need to iron our clothes as much as in the past? What are the options for ironing boards and their storage?
4.) Vessel Sinks – Are they still in style? Do you specify them? Why or why not? What are the pros and cons?
5.) Microwaves – Are they still in demand? If not, what is their replacement for reheating food? What are you specifying and why? Over the range?
6.) Built-in Media Cabinets – We now have flat screen televisions. Is media cabinetry still needed? How are you updating old, deep media cabinets?
7.) What items have you phased out to update a home when remodeling?
