Hosted by Irene Williams

Irene Williams - Jan 2020

Generation Z is coming of age. Is your business poised to market to and employ this unique, increasingly powerful group? Well, you need to be! As of this year, Gen Z represents 40% of U.S. consumers and is rapidly entering the workforce. Born between 1997 and 2012, Gen Zers are challenging marketplaces and workplaces—in new, different ways than Millennials have.

Join us for a practical chat led by digital marketer Irene Williams and longtime contributor to our industry. After years managing social media and digital marketing for herself and her agency’s clients, Irene has gained lots of knowledge and know-how about connecting and communicating with cross-generational audiences. As Gen Z is coming on strong and set to be the largest demographic segment on the planet, it’s time for all of us to dive in, discuss, and get ready!

Our KBtribechat Questions:

1.)  What do you know about Gen Z? Share your take on mindsets, priorities, etc.
2.)  How does tech affect Gen Z?
3.). What does Gen Z want for home & design?
4.)  How can your biz prep for Gen Z clients & employees?
5.)  Share the “Gen Z in Me”—the ways you relate to & understand this group.
