The “blue head syndrome” drives me bonkers. People who don’t put a photo but leave that blue head as their image. Ugh!

This is a good tip Denise. Twitter account profiles should have a photo, description and link to their website. Incomplete profiles look like fake accounts!

A place that I love for B2B connections is Linked In. People are focused on business and you don’t have to update every nano second. They’ve just expanded the options to include showcase pages where you can highlight specific things about your business/products that you want people to be aware of.
