We get a lot of traffic from our blog – http://www.armaghelectrica.com/blog but I’d add that it’s a waste of time to create and maintain a blog unless you have it hosted on your server and within your domain name. Twitter id definitely great for networking but it takes work and the clever use of #Hashtags

We get a fair few kitchens and bathrooms just through doing a ‘Recommend a Friend’ Scheme. If a person recommends a friend/family member etc. and they purchase a kitchen or bathroom from us over £3500, they both receive a £50 voucher EACH for one of our local Pubs/Restaurants. So one person doesn’t even have to purchase anything from us, they just simply recommend us and we give them and their friend the vouchers once we have completed the job!
Another one of our promotions is, when a person purchases a kitchen or bathroom off us, they will receive a £50 voucher for a local Pub/Restaurant. This has already brought over £400 in to two local Pubs/Restaurants in the last 2 and a half months! So this is also supporting other local businesses in the local area!
